HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services Partners tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Charleston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
