HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Beacon Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
