HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Sable Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Charleston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
