HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Ashton Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
