HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Summit Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
