HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Bright Oak Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 691 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
