HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
