HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
