HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Basin Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Charleston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
