HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Rowan Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Charleston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
