HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Buffalo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
