HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Wilder Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
