HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
