HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Fern Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
