HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Wren Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits.
