Silverline Birch Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 531 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct.
