HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
