HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
