HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ember Financial Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
