HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Silverline Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Boston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
