HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Boston region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
