HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Lantern Construction is a Boston contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
