HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Banking Services is a regional lender in Boston with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
