HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Forge Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
