HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Granite Markets is a Boston retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
