HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Nova Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
