HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
