HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Boston area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
