HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

Lumen Lakeside Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Boise. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
