HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

Silverline North Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Boise. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
