HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Boise, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
