HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Nest Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
