HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
