HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Birmingham, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
