HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Birmingham region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
