HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Field Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
