HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Kestrel Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
