HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Birmingham, AL)

Fernwood Lantern Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines.
