HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Kestrel Property Management manages apartment communities around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
