HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Beacon Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
