HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Baltimore with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
