HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Summit North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Baltimore producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
