HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Linden Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
