HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Ivory Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
