HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the Baltimore region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
