HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Nest Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
