HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Corner Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
