HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Timber Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
