HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Granite Manufacturing Partners is a Baltimore manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
