HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Bright Financial Group is a financial-services company in Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
